Two bowls

I got into the shop and decided to finish turn some bowls I did when I first started turning. The left is sweet gum and the right is ash. Finished with Danish oil.The rings around the bottom are some trick of the light, not there in real life. I'll figure out photography one day.

Good looking bowls, Ned, I like the Sweet Gum one best.

I like the grain in that one as well. I have a 12 inch diameter one that should be dry soon. This one was cored out from it, so the grain should be similiar.
