Love everything about this piece. Great piece of wood. Great job of matching the grain. Shape is inviting. Finial is not overly dainty (in fact, it's more functional). Too often, IMHO, finials on functional pieces are made to be artistic/dainty. Boxes are functional pieces mostly and need functional knobs at most. Sorry about the mini rant. Very nice piece. 8)
