Hers the first turning of my employee, Dan. He will soon be joining us. It is antique sinker cypress except for the red rings which is bloodwood. colors in sinker cypress range from light to almost black with every color in between. greens, reds ,purple gold, blue, and even pink in wood that has been exposed to salt water. The colors are due to the brackish water and acids in the wood and the muck they sit in after being at the bottom of a river for 50 to 100 years
