So glad you explained it to us. I thought I was looking at oak with the little heat checks that show up when we sand too hard. Looks good. I am always second guessing most enhancements. Not a criticism of your work, but I wonder what it looked like before you did the v grooves in the body of the bowl? Still like it though.
