Donut Bowl

Dont do a lot of bowls, but this is one I entered in our Easter Show,(plain bowls under 10" section) It is a piece of Blackwood about 10" wide x 2" deep, this is the only photo I have & it sold so this is it I guess.
I managed to pick up a third place with it.

Very attractive curves! I gravitate toward thin bowls normally, but this looks like it would feel very nice in one's hands. Great work!

Thanks Carrie, this is a heaver piece & made that way on purpose, it is a heavy timber & I didn't want it to have a 'whimpy" feel about it, it does have a lovely feel in the flesh Smile
