Nice job! I know from personal experience how tough it is to make 16 pawns to the same profile. How did you do the knights? Scroll saw? And how tall are they?

John the knights were done on a band saw and little sanding, the knights are about 1.75" round and 4" high. Yes a little tough to make everything look about the same, there are about a dozen in the fire pile.
