Cherry Burl Calabash HF

This is a piece of "unwanted" cherry burl. I wanted to do a Calabash style form with a recessed domed top, inspired by David Keller and Terry Scott. The form is 6"x 5" and finished with 3 coats of Minwax Antique Oil. I refinished this about 3 times before finding AO.
