Black locust goblet for Fall C&T

Black locust, 10 1/8" tall, 2 1/2" diameter. Stem is 7" by 5/32" with 5 captive rings. Finished with Formby's Tung Oil Finish and waxed.

Thanks everyone; was a fun challenge and I think I'll do more of them. I've actually already saved attempt #2 although it's not made of one piece of wood anymore. (This was attempt #4 - #3 ended up having a huge void thru the middle once I got into it)

Doug, no they're not interlocked. I actually had in my head to interlock all of them into a chain and turn a small bead just below the bowl that it could hang from, but decided not to push it for this one Smile

Maybe I'll try that on the next one
