Cherry Burl

This cherry burl challenged my abilities and won. Has a flat spot that I couldn't get out, was all I could do to keep it together. Still looks nice on display and I think the flat spot would be the last thing an average person would notice. 4.75 tall x 7 wide. Finished with BLO.

Very pretty. I agree that a small flat spot would not be recognized by the average person. Just put that to the back of the display and no one else will notice until they handle it.

That sure does look like a challenge. Nice work.
