Description}: Every once in a while I luck into a truly gorgeous chunk of wood - this was one of them. The bowl is made from a swirling mixture of sapwood and heartwood, has an undercut rim and a single bead.

Description}: This bowl is about 12-1/2 inches in diameter - from a piece of wood that was given to a friend as 'black walnut' firewood. Two applications of Danish oil.
