But I did finish it in time nor is all that great. I had some alignment issue in two of the final glue ups to form the star. First issue was early on in the project, I cut the tip of right index finger off. My dad got sick so I was out of town helping with him, twice. Christmas came, other things to make. Had to go out of country for my job twice early this year. I think there is a few other minor issues as well. Anyhow, it is Maple, Lyptus, Cherry, Walnut, Holly and Padauk. The original thought was leadership. The northern star shows the path to follow. The feather bonnets imply the strength and wisdom of tribal elders. There she blows!
