$1000 Pen

Description}: Turned with one of the shredded money blanks available at so many of the suppliers. No way to know how much money is there, so my $1000 guess is as valid and anyone's. Kit is an Ultimate Cigar in chrome and gold that I purchased from Woodcraft. Sanded through all the micro-mesh grits and then a couple coats of Mylands friction finish added. Wish I had used a CA finish to give it that smooth, slick feel. However, the slightly rough feel that I have now gives the pen a more secure feel in the hand. Any/all comments are welcome

Description}: Cigar pen made from corn cob. Smoky, it is all your fault. Turned a "Gentleman's" pen as well with the cob. Found that the hugh size of the tubes was a bit too much for the cob, so I'll remain with the cigar kits. This was too much fun.
