Description}: Antiquity I is a decorative turning. It was turned from a piece of cherry burl containing bark inclusions. The turning was dipped in a blend of oils. It is 16 3/4" W x 3"H.

Gold Pearl

Description}: This wide rimmed bowl was turned from a piece of curly maple and dyed blue to enhance the curly grain in the wood. Gold leaf was used to cover the bowls inside surface. Twenty coats of CA were used on the dyed rim to create a high gloss finish and to provide many years of enjoyment.

Description}: These three mini hollow forms were turned from the same piece of spalted maple and were embellished using various pyrography technics. Each piece has been dipped in a blend of oils to enhance the wood's beauty. The largest piece is 2 3/4"w x 4"H.

Description}: This is a HF made of fiddleback maple that has been dyed to enhance the figure in the wood. The pedestal and finials are made from cherry and have been ebonized. Including the pedestal and finial the turning 7 3/4"W x 10 1/2" H.

Description}: This cherry burl has lots of inclusions and voids. It is 8"W x 8 3/4"H. It was turned with a wall thickness of about 3/4" in order to keep most of the bark inclusion.

NE Red Oak Bowl

Description}: This is a NE edge red oak bowl that I used Inlacy turquoise to fill some of the cracks and worm holes. It is 7 1/4" W X 5 7/8 H. Has been dipped in a blend of oils and am waiting for it to dry before I Beall buff it.
