Description}: This is cherry, about 6 3/4" wide and 3 1/4" tall, with the opening at 5". The form is entirely (except for the feet) inspired by one of Bill Neddow's "Ceremonial" series. The feet were inspired by the "Neat Feet" challenge over at WoW. That was my first attempt at carving anything at all, so they came out a bit smaller than I intended. Finish is several coats of DO. I haven't buffed it yet.

Description}: This is my first HF. Got it pretty consistent to 1/8". I think a laser would be helpful. Turned green and soaked, then shellac and lacquer. About 8 1/2" to top of finial, and 3 3/4" wide at the shoulder.
