Description}: Second attempt at a burl 10" by 6" at widest points. Wings are about 1/4". Finished with mineral oil and Ren wax.

Red Mallee burl cap

Description}: First attempt at turning a burl cap with a natual edge. 8" by 8" by about an inch thick. It was supposed to be a bowl, but by the time I got it thin enough, it was display piece.
